英语老师岗位职责： 1. 完成 ESL语言能力提升的班课教学任务，包括备课、授课和作业讲评; 2. 定期参加教学教研活动，提升自身学术素养和知识讲解技巧； 3. 钻研语言成长体系规律，定期参加相关语言能力考试，保持对最新信息和趋势的掌握； 4. 与学生和家长建立及时、专业、耐心的沟通，包括课堂反馈、测试评估和作业答疑； 5. 完成部门负责人安排的其他教学教研工作； 岗位要求： 1. 本科及以上学历；英语、教育等相关专业优先； 2. 英语语言能力优秀，雅思7.5及以上，雅思口语单科不低于7.5；托福 105及以上，托福口语单科不低于25分； 3. 有高中英语教师资格证、TKT、CELTA 证书优先； 4. 有培训机构教学经验、海外留学背景的候选人优先考虑； 5. 工作积极主动，责任心强，富有亲和力。 投递请同步完成Demo试课，试课尽量安排在20-30分钟左右，Demo试课可选Topic： 1、Which of the statements 1-6 do you agree and disagree with? Why? Make notes of your answers.
