(1)岗位要求
◆ 性别:不限
◆ 年龄:35周岁及以下
◆ 相关工作经验:5-8年
◆ 工民建、土木工程、道路桥梁工程、给排水、工程造价、工程管理、铁路等工程类专业本科及以上学历;
◆ 英语基础良好,大学英语四级及以上水平,大学英语六级者优先;
◆ 有相关驻外工作经验者,条件可适当放宽;
◆ 热爱本职工作,具备高度的责任感,较强的沟通协调能力、抗压能力、环境适应能力以及吃苦耐劳的精神;
◆ 身体健康,能够长期在国外工作;
◆ 持有驾照并会开车者优先。
(2)岗位职责
◆ 根据公司安排和客户需求,制定项目计划和进度表,进行有效的计划管理;
◆ 负责项目的跟踪、监督,及时调整项目目标,确保按时完成任务。
(3)职位发展空间
◆ 根据个人工作表现和独立能力,满1年后可根据其能力与表现晋升职位和薪资。
(4)薪酬待遇
◆ 月薪20000元-30000元人民币(税后);
◆ 表现优秀者可享受年终绩效奖金,综合年收入可达26万元以上;
◆ 工作满1年后可根据表现晋升职位与薪资;
◆ 劳动合同周期为3年(可续签),合同期内每满1年享受36天带薪休假,公司提供探亲往返国际机票;
◆ 六险一金(国内五险一金 + 境外商业保险);
◆ 公司提供食宿,并负责办理出国签证及合法居留证件和机票。

(1) Job Requirements
◆ Gender: No restriction
◆ Age: 35 years old or below
◆ Work Experience: 5-8 years
◆ Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Road and Bridge Engineering, Water Supply and Drainage, Project Cost Management, Engineering Management, Railway Engineering, or other related fields;
◆ Proficiency in English, CET-4 or above; candidates with CET-6 are preferred;
◆ Overseas work experience in a related field is a plus, with conditions relaxed accordingly;
◆ Dedicated and responsible, with strong communication and coordination skills, ability to work under pressure, adapt to new environments, and a hardworking spirit;
◆ Physically healthy, capable of working overseas for extended periods;
◆ Candidates with a valid driver’s license and driving skills are preferred.
(2) Job Responsibilities
◆ Develop project plans and schedules based on company assignments and client requirements, ensuring effective project management;
◆ Track and supervise project progress, make timely adjustments to project goals, and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
(3) Career Development
◆ Based on individual performance and independent work ability, opportunities for promotion and salary adjustments will be provided after one year of service.
(4) Compensation and Benefits
◆ Monthly salary: RMB 20,000–30,000 (after tax);
◆ Outstanding performers are eligible for year-end performance bonuses, with an annual income exceeding RMB 260,000;
◆ Promotion and salary adjustments based on performance after one year of service;
◆ 3-year contract (renewable), with 36 days of paid leave for each year of work. The company covers round-trip international airfare for family visits;
◆ Comprehensive insurance package (domestic social insurance + overseas commercial insurance);
◆ Company-provided accommodation and meals, as well as visa processing, legal residence permits, and airfare for overseas assignments.
