（1）岗位要求：

• 年龄：40周岁及以下
• 工作经验：要求具备5年及以上路桥施工经验，特别是公路与桥梁工程项目经验；有海外工作经验者优先考虑。
• 学历要求：土木工程、交通工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。
• 技术能力：
• 熟悉公路、桥梁施工规范与标准；
• 掌握施工技术、质量管理及进度控制等相关技能；
• 熟练使用AutoCAD、Civil 3D及其他工程软件。
• 语言能力：英语听说读写熟练，能与国际团队流畅沟通。
• 其他能力：具备较强的沟通协调能力、团队协作能力及抗压能力；身体健康，能够长期驻外工作。
（2）岗位职责：
• 负责公路与桥梁工程的现场施工管理，包括质量控制、施工进度管理、安全管理等；
• 协助制定并实施施工计划、技术方案及相关施工技术文件；
• 协调与项目相关方的沟通，包括设计单位、业主、监理及分包商；
• 配合完成项目施工过程中的技术交底及问题解决；
• 编制与提交施工日志、报告及工程资料；
• 参与工程验收，确保项目按时保质完成。
（3）职位空间：
• 根据个人工作表现和项目贡献，可晋升至项目经理等更高岗位，并享有相应的薪酬提升。
（4）薪酬待遇：
• 月薪：人民币18,000元-25,000元（税后）。
• 合同周期：劳动合同为3年（可续签），合同期满每年可享受36天带薪休假，公司承担探亲国际往返机票费用。

Job Description
(1) Job Requirements:
• Gender: No limitation.
• Age: 40 years old or younger.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in road and bridge construction, especially on highway and bridge projects; overseas work experience is preferred.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with highway and bridge construction standards and codes.
• Proficiency in construction technology, quality management, and progress control.
• Skilled in using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) to communicate effectively in an international team.
• Other Qualities: Strong communication, coordination, teamwork, and stress management skills. Physically fit and able to work abroad for extended periods.
(2) Job Responsibilities:
• Manage on-site construction for highway and bridge projects, including quality control, progress management, and safety supervision.
• Assist in the development and implementation of construction plans, technical solutions, and related documents.
• Facilitate communication with project stakeholders, including designers, owners, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve issues during construction processes.
• Prepare and submit construction logs, reports, and project documentation.
• Participate in project acceptance to ensure timely and quality completion.
(3) Career Development:
• Opportunities for promotion to Project Manager or Technical Director positions based on individual performance and contributions, with corresponding salary adjustments.
(4) Compensation and Benefits:
• Monthly Salary: RMB 18,000-25,000 (after tax).
• Contract Period: 3 years (renewable). Employees are entitled to 36 days of paid leave per year, with round-trip international airfare for home leave fully covered by the company.
