Responsibility: Production: - Make production plan / schedules and be responsible for goals achieving. - Control production activities, material flow, and inventory level effectively to achieve target. - Improve manufacturing process to enhance the plant’s production capabilities. - Lead products& manufacturing process to comply with safety standards & environmental system (ISO14000). - Monitor the cost and effectiveness of production activities - Research, evaluate, recommend and apply actively the investments in technology, equipment, systems. - Monitor and manage the plant’s facilities, equipment and other assets safely & efficiently. - Make sure our final products timely delivered to customers. Quality: - Perform quality inspection of raw material, sub material and finished product. - Monitor that raw materials, in-process products, and finished products conform to technical specifications, perform reliably, meet internal and external quality standards & system (ISO 9000) and comply with all relevant regulations People management: - Lead/manage/coach team members for high team performance. - Work with HR to train/develop team members, align employees’ individual development with company growth. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering、Chemical and Pulp& Paper industry or other related field. - Minimum 10-12 years’ experience for process management, minimum 5 years’ experience in the similar position; - Preferred significant calcium carbonate manufacturing knowledge. - Advanced interpersonal and supervisory skills. - Good command of English both in Oral and Written.
