Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for the advanced quality planning of
new projects, ensuring the timely submission of quality documents at all stages
and the completion of related work, organizing the submission of customer PPAP
materials and obtaining customer approval.

2.Responsible for the development of gage for new
projects, complete the formulation of gage technical standards, review and
acceptance of gage design schemes.

3.Timely respond to customer requirements,
identify customer CSR, avoid potential quality risks in the process of internal
control.

4.Develop and guide measurement system and process

capability analysis plan and implementation to ensure product quality is under
control.

5.Prepare inspection and control documents for
product quality in the new project stage, guide inspectors and quality
engineers to carry out incoming inspection and finished product audit.

6.Responsible for collecting, analyzing and
solving all kinds of quality problems, ensuring the smooth progress of the
project, developing and promoting new control methods and testing methods.

7.Assure deliveries within specification while
leading the preparation of efficient Control Plans (CP).

8.Conduct project risk assessment regularly.

9.Advance quality system document management.

Requirements:

1.Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the automotive
industry and similar position.

2.Product knowledge about cockpit / IP.

3.Process knowledge about dimension problem
analysis.

4.ISO 14001, IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3

5.Problem-solving experience and methodologies

6.Leadership, Experience leading work- teams nice
to have, potentially 1st time experience

7.Occasional travel arrangements
