职位描述
工资构成：岗位工资+绩效奖金+项目奖金+出差津贴+加班工资+年终奖

部门情况：
作为德国MESSRING在中国成立的唯一全资子公司，负责整个中国市场的产品销售和项目管理业务。
工作职责：
• 公司客户联系和销售沟通，客户拜访；
• 公司项目初始化及管理；
• MESSRING销售项目获取，技术方案制定；
• 公司报价准备、申请提交及追踪；
• 公司投标和招标文件准备以及翻译；
• 公司对内、对外技术资料文档的翻译与管理；
• 公司合同起草及追踪；
• 客户数据库管理及公司CRM运行；
• 公司活动和市场相关事宜组织与准备；
• 公司市场宣传与广告事宜；
• 来自董事长和总经理的其他各项工作安排。

• Customer and sales communication, customer visit.
• Company Project initialization and management.
• MESSRING Project capture (Presales)
• Messring project proceeding, implement, support and management (project site)
• Company Quote preparation, application and tracking
• Company bidding document preparation and translation;
• Translation and management of company's internal and external technical documents and materials
• Company contract preparation and tracking
• customer database and CRM system running
• company events and activities preparation
• Company marketing and advertisement
• Work commission from executive director and general manager
任职要求：
1. 出色的沟通表达能力；
2. 清晰的逻辑思维能力；
3. 良好的组织管理能力；
4. 良好的商务素养及职业素养；
5. 工作积极认真，踏实、上进，强烈的主动学习意识；
6. 熟练的英文听说读写能力；
7. 熟练的电脑办公软件操作能力；
8. 具备项目管理经验优先。
