MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Organize TSR
department routine works.

Have the potential to pick up TSR manager role.

Work with Sales Team to achieve business target.

Work with
TSR to provide technical support to customers, solve
issues that customers may have, either
from filling lines
or from
closures manufacturing and transport,
in application of Pact closures.

Work with TSR for new customers development related
tests/line trials.

Communication
and collaboration with manufacturing team for complaints handling/quality promotion.

Communication with R&D team, involving in new products development, focusing
on design scope, line trial and qualification.

Be responsible for
qualification & commercialization of Pact new products, new materials,
existing products with process modification.

Work with customers for
certificate /approval letters update & renewal.·

Provides necessary technical
training to customers.

Collects market information
including industry trend, new products information
and rivals messages.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates must possess at
least a Bachelor's/University Degree in Mechanical or Molding from a reputed
university.

This position requires at least
8 years of
working experience in a related field, especially in plastic package (bottle/ closure package preferred)
industry or beverage industry (filling lines supplier, capping machine producer
preferred).

Proven track record in technical services
management, especially with beverages, dairy products, health products, etc. with manager
position preferred.

Good communication skill.

Good trouble shooting skill, strong ability to deal
with/manage emergencies.

Can do frequent business
travels.

Good
English skill. fluent in English.·
