职位描述

Job Responsibility:
Sales
1. Develop sales strategy, sales plan and sales target in accordance with aligned Magna Steyr China business plan;
2. Implement sales strategy and achieve sales target;
3. Setup customer base and Maintain regular connection with customers for potential CM business opportunities.
4. Work with manufacture, finance, business development and other functions to prepare company presentation, offer and other documents shared to Customers;
5. Lead offer/contract negotiation and finalize contract terms and conditions;
6. Good understanding of automotive market, especially on complete vehicle contract manufacture, build-up and maintain customer relationship;
7. On-time database update.

Education/Experience:
1. Mature and experienced sales (engineering / manufacturing background is preferred);
2. 10+ years working experience in automotive industry;
3.Have a good track record of business growth by developing business in China
Know well about Chinese automotive market;
4. Excellent English and Mandarin language skills.
