Job Description:
1. Responsible for process setup and sustaining support for TEL thin film deposition equipment at customer sites
2. Field owner to collect & analyze process trouble data, solve field process issues and generate reports to customer.
3. Well communicate with customer and grasp & understand their technology requirements and business chance and feedback to sales or post sales in time.
4. To be a main role in strengthening and enabling business success through improving process performance on our tool at customer sites.
5. Contribute to definition of roadmaps, requirements, goals and milestones on new technology process.
Requirement:
1. Master degree in Electronics, Chemistry, Physics, Material Science or related field. Or Bachelor degree in relevant field with 2+ years of relevant semiconductor work experience.
2. Ability to work under high pressure and collaborate with others to find the best solutions.
3. Good data analysis & problem solving skill.
4. Fluency in written and oral Japanese is better.
