Scope of Service

Operation & HR Intern-China

Duties and Responsibilities

· Assist Operation manager on contract management, includes maintenance contract or amendment information and uploading to CLM.

· Prepare monthly Dashboard Report, categorize and summarize the contracts, and prepare contract expiration reminders 90 or 30 days before contract expiration.

· Assist Operation Officer on office supply purchase (stationary, equipment).

· Assist regular payment for office expense and collect relevant receipts.

· Assist CD travel expenses online submission and documents filling and management if needed.

· Arrange business travel relative issues when need, includes flight ticket, hotel and accommodation.

· Assist operational program procurement, includes IT, office supply and etc.

· Coordinate with program teams on operation issues’ support;

· Tracking, scanning filing contract and/or office main documents.

· Assist staff hiring on JD posting, and interview arrangement.

· Any other work assigned by mentor.

Requirement :

· Bachelor or master pursuing students, major in HR, Management. Finance, Public Health or English are preferred.

· Excellent skills in written and spoken English

· Hard working and carefuly and a good team player

· Quick learning

· Demonstrate intermediate to advanced Excel skills, and other Microsoft Office applications.

· 每月编制合同跟踪表,将合同分类汇总,并按到期前90天或30天准备合同到期提醒。

· 协助运营主管采购办公用品(文具、设备)。

· 协助定期支付办公费用并收集相关票据。

· 如有需要,协助CD差旅费用的网上提交和文件的填写和管理。

· 根据需要安排出差相关事宜,包括机票、酒店和住宿。

· 协助办公室运营采购及项目采购,包括IT,办公用品等。

· 为项目运营工作提供支持。

· 跟踪、扫描、归档合同和/或办公室主要文件。

· 协助招聘广告发布和刷新,安排面试。

· 运营主管安排的其他工作。

任职资格

· 本科或硕士在读学生,人力资源管理、财务、公共卫生、英语专业优先。

· 优秀的中英文书面及口语沟通能力。

· 工作认真、努力,具有良好的团队合作精神。

· 学习能力强。

· 具备中级到高级的Excel技能,以及其他微软办公软件应用能力。
