Simulation analysis using Process Simulator, PRO/II or HYSYS
Preparation of Basis of Design
Preparation of Process Flow Diagram and Material & Heat Balance
Preparation of Process Description
Preparation of Utility Balance Diagram
Preparation of P&ID for all phases of the project
Preparation of Equipment Data Sheet
Preparation of Catalyst and Chemical information
Preparation of Cause and Effect Diagram
Preparation of Material Selection Diagram
Hydraulics Calculation and Preparation of Hydraulics Calculation Report
Preparation of Line List.
Preparation of Instrument Process Data
Preparation of Safety Process Data
Preparation of Start-up and Operation Instruction
Preparation of Emergency Shutdown Philosphy
Preparation of Analytical instruction

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering
- 5+ years process design experience in oil&gas/petrochemical /chemical/ pharmaceutical or related industry
- Experience in International Engineering Company or Large Chemical Design Institute is preferred
- Be familiar with relevant Chinese and international codes and standards
- Fluent speaking and writing in English
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Be able to work under pressure to meet challenging objectives on Mega-Projects
