Responsibilities:

-Be fully responsible for technical and design management activities for the Dept.

-Be responsible for coordination and communication between the department and other project management departments

-Be responsible for review of design basis conditions.

-Be responsible for technical negotiations involved in design period.

-Be responsible for selection and auditing of all design-related contractors.

-Be responsible for review of all design-related contracts.

-Be responsible for handling of all design-related issues

-Be responsible for review of standards and codes adopted by the design.

-Be responsible for making arrangements for design review and report thereof at various project stages.

-Be responsible for review of design progress reports and participate in development of design schedules.

-Be responsible for arranging review of various technical schemes as well as change thereto.

-Be responsible for arranging review on detailed planning for design execution.

Requirements:

-10+ years working experience in project management of Chemical, Petro-Chemical Projects.

-5 years working experience in foreign company,working as the relevant position at least 3 projects.

-Rich experience in Engineering and Project Management .

-Effective communication skill in English.

-B.S. or above, major in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering ,ideally in combination of both.
