Main Responsibilities:
Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor human resources outsourcing projects to ensure timely and quality completion.
Customer Needs: Deeply rooted in business, thoroughly understand customer requirements, formulate human resource solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Team Management: Responsible for team building, training, motivation, and evaluation to ensure efficient team collaboration.
Risk Management: Identify project risks, formulate response strategies, and ensure smooth project progression.
Business Optimization: Keep abreast of industry trends, explore innovative service models, and enhance service quality and competitiveness.
Job Requirements:
Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above (exceptions can be made for outstanding candidates); Human Resource Management or related majors are preferred.
Work Experience: Experience in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) industry is required (exceptions can be made for outstanding candidates).
Professional Skills: Proficient in Human Resource Management, with strong communication and coordination abilities, as well as a certain level of leadership.
Personal Qualities: Strong sense of responsibility, honest and reliable, with enthusiasm for the human resources outsourcing industry.
English Proficiency: English can be used as a working language.
