Job Responsibility:
- Customer Service and local operation for CNW airfreight export/Import shipment
- Coordinate with CNW suppliers and follow up the cargo on-board
- Coordinate with CNW overseas agent to follow up POD time
- Real-time update in CNW system
- Responsible for all the inquiries related to airfreight export/Import, local clients, or overseas colleague
- Writtern English
- Oral English
