Education教育程度：
• Bachelor or above degree in Casting relevant majority is preferred.
Working experience工作经验：
• Minimum of 5 years professional experience in supply chain with at least 3 years in casting purchasing function.
Knowledge and Certificate知识及证书：
• Profound knowledge of:
a. Cast Iron and Cast Aluminium.
b. Wet painting and powder painting,
c. Machining process.
d. Heat treatment, e.g.annealing.
e. Logistic, especially oversea purchasing knowledge.
• Casting related certificate is preferred.
• PMP certificate is preferred.
Skill and competency技能及任职能力：
• Effective communications and collaborations skills.
• Able to balance competing demands, manage time work with various priority.
• Skilled in procurement related tools and processes.
• Strong data analysis and presenting skill.
• English business fluent (written & spoken), Chinese (first language)
• MS Office, SAP

1. Develop and manage suppliers, includes suppliers’ sourcing, evaluation, improvement and phase-out.
2. Issue RFQs to suppliers for new materials and proceed price comparison.
3. Maintain SAP MM (material management) module purchasing data.
4. Place POs and follow up delivery and delivery reschedule.
5. Issue QA claims to suppliers and follow up actions, improve purchased materials’ quality continuously.
6. Manage casting patterns on supplier site. Invest new patterns.
7. Technical clarification with designer and QA specialist.
8. Place POs to Inter-company to GROB Germany, US and Brazil. Follow up Inter-company POs delivery and shipment. Choose and update proper shipping type regarding to delivery time and shipping cost. Support global sourcing as required.
9. Handling other tasks assigned by the manager.
