职位描述：

1.Assist the assembly manager to execute production plans, lead a team to achieve productivity goals, on time delivery and ensure operation efficiency improvement;

协助装配经理执行生产计划，带领团队实现生产目标，按时交货，保证生产效率的提高；

2. Monitor and review assembly team performance according to quality, safety and environment standards and act towards continuous improvement;

根据质量、安全和环境标准，监督和审查装配团队的绩效，并采取持续改进措施；

3. Resolve production problems, maximize product reliability and minimize cost;

解决生产问题，提高产品可靠性，降低成本；

4. Cooperate with quality department to improve process and optimize routine related assembly function, with an understanding of Lean Manufacturing;

与质量部合作，改进工艺，优化日常装配功能，了解精益制造；

5. Coordinate order scheduling and assembling requirements, and provide capacity and raw materials requirement report proactively;

协调订单调度和装配需求，主动提供产能和原材料需求报告；

6. Provide leadership that will enable subordinate personnel to grow and independently maintain and improve their work areas;

提供领导，使下属人员能够成长并独立维护和改进其工作空间；

7. Create and implement material schedules to support subsequent manufacturing needs as well as assembly and service requirements;

制定并实施材料计划，以支持后续的制造需求以及装配和服务需求；

8. Work together with cross functions to achieve expected productivity and quality goal.

与跨职能部门合作，实现预期的生产力和质量目标。

任职资格：

1.Bachelor degree of mechanical engineering, automation or related field;

机械工程、自动化或相关专业本科学历；

2. At least 5 years experience in manufacturing production or assembly or minimum 3 years in management role. Knowledge in Machine&Electrical is preferred;

至少5年的制造、生产或装配经验，或至少3年的管理经验。有机电知识者优先；

3.Familiar with 5S, Lean Management, etc;

熟悉5S、精益管理等；

4.Good analytical and problem solving skills;

良好的分析和解决问题的能力；

5.Strong written and verbal English communication skills;

较强的英语书面和口头沟通能力；

6.A good team player with excellent interpersonal, leadership skills;

良好的团队合作精神，良好的人际关系和领导能力；

7. Good command of computer skills in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SAP experience is preferred

熟练掌握Word、PowerPoint、Excel、SAP等计算机操作技能者优先。
