Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for TPM work at the NPI stage of the product;
2.Responsible for document making and review with clients in the NPI stage (Flow Chart/DFM/3DSOP);
3.Make 8D reports with clear thinking and rigorous logic;
4.Use statistical analysis/experimental design tools to solve problems in manufacturing process.
Qualifications:
1.Familiar with NPI process (such as OK2XX), have more than 5 new products into MP experience (must);
2.Proficient in English DFM/3DSOP/PFMEA and other documents (must);
3.Proficiency in English as working language (must);
4.familiar with 6sigma and DOE is preferred (plus);
5.A Bachelor's degree or higher in science and engineering, with over eight years of relevant experience, is preferred.
