Role Purpose:职位目的：

Responsible for assisting in the application/approval/execution process of medical events/projects in the TA, ensuring that the events/projects comply with national laws and regulations and company process requirements, and are executed as planned. Facilitate the deployment of the G-meeting system in medical by coordinating issues, facilitating system optimization etc.

负责协助治疗领域（TA）内医学活动/项目的申请/审批/执行流程，确保活动/项目符合国家法律法规和公司流程要求，并按计划执行。通过协调问题、促进系统优化等方式推动 G-meeting 系统在医疗领域的部署。

Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities主要职责：

1. Responsible for assisting in the application/approval/execution process of medical events/projects in the medical, ensuring that the events/projects comply with national laws and regulations and company process requirements, and are executed as planned.

负责协助医疗领域内医学活动/项目的申请/审批/执行流程，确保活动/项目符合国家法律法规和公司流程要求，并按计划执行。

2. Facilitate the deployment of the G-meeting system in medical by coordinating issues, facilitating system optimization etc.

通过协调问题、促进系统优化等方式推动 G-meeting 系统在医疗领域的部署。

3. Responsible for the project management of third-party related medical events, including：

负责第三方相关医疗活动的项目管理，包括：

- Internal and external stakeholders' communication

内部和外部利益相关者的沟通。

- Internal application and approval process management

内部申请和审批流程管理。

- Financial information review and payment process

财务信息审核和支付流程。

- Events quality control tracking

活动质量控制跟踪。

4. Responsible for communicating and cooperation with the management and rule-making team, such as CEOE, Procurement, Finance and Compliance teams, to feedback the demands of the medical team.

负责与管理和决策团队（如CEOE、采购、财务和合规团队等）进行沟通与合作，反馈医学团队的需求。

5. Maintain good cooperation with cross department teams. Such as Medical TA, CEOE, CE, Procurement, Finance and Compliance teams etc.

与跨部门团队（如医学部、CEOE、CE、采购、财务和合规团队等）保持良好合作。

Qualifications/Requirements: (Education / Experience / Competencies) 任职资格 / 要求：（教育背景 / 经验 / 能力）：

- Bachelor’s degree in related college education, or its equivalents.

相关大学本科及以上学历。

- At least 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and project management is preferred.

有至少 1 年制药行业和项目管理经验者优先。

- Strong interpersonal communication skill, able to identify and meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders.

强大的人际交往沟通能力，能够识别并满足内部和外部利益相关者的需求。

- Project management skill, including execution skill, financial management and risk management skill, etc.

项目管理技能，包括执行技能、财务管理和风险管理技能等。

- Fluent in written English and certain oral skills.

英语书面流利，具备一定的口语能力。

- High commitment with integrity and good team player, proactive and self-learning mindset.
