1.五年及以上工作经验，有良好的英语听说读写能力，愿意接受长期旅行（50%） 和海外旅行（根据需要）

2.有苹果供应链质量/制造经验的优先，有审计经验的优先，需要有项目管理经验，需要有人员管理经验

3.英语口语能进行基本交流，英文邮件收发读写能力熟练

※技术专业知识

1.质量相关工作经验，有系统的问题解决能力，能够单独解决的关键问题，专业的质量管理体系，以及8D、CPK、GRR等质量工具。

2.专业的过程审核或质量体系审核，有供应商审核经验者优先 熟悉数控、数控、塑料成型等工艺。

3.了解制造工艺过程中的关键参数/控制点

※软技能

与跨职能合作伙伴的良好沟通，包括内部、供应商等 苹果团队 寻求改进的机会，可以参与和促进系统的改进 团队活动 有较强的数据分析/测量经验者优先，知道如何使用图表/表来支持报告

※关键可交付成果包括：

1)在线质量审核 安排或遵循审核计划 质量审核：执行process/ORT/Cosmetic/Color/Gloss/Dimension/Kappa审核 根据已发布的文件或特殊要求，包括但不限于PQP，DFM， SIP、SOP或其他工业标准

2)问题/查找跟进 与供应商/跨职能团队就所发现的问题进行沟通/协商； 在发生任何关键问题时进行升级 针对问题/发现，采取有效的根本原因和纠正措施，并在现场执行 相应的验证/验证 领导在供应商现场解决关键问题

3)报告和系统的方法/解决方案的框架 需要及时与海外经理会面/提交报告，以进行审计绩效评级， 发布/查找更新、月度、季度、年度报告等。

4)支持其他现场质量/安全审核代表

Basic Profile

• ≥ 5 years working, good English reading/writing ability, willing to accept long term travel (≥6

months/Year) and overseas travel (as needed)

• Quality/manufacturing experience from Apple supply chain is preferred, audit experience is

preferred

• Experience in project management is required, experience in people management is

preferred

Technical Expertise

• Strong quality related working experience with systematic problem solving sense, be able to

lead critical issue resolving individually

• Professional at quality management system, and quality tools like 8D, CPK, GRR..

• Professional on process audit or quality system audit, supplier audit experience is preferred

• Familiar with process like CNC, Ano, Plastic molding.

• Know key parameters/control points of manufacturing processes

Soft Skills

• Good communication with cross functional partners including internal, vendor and other

Apple team

• Seeking improvement opportunity, can participate and contribute systemic improvement

activities with team

• Strong data analysis/measurement experience are preferred, have ability to coach/support

other auditor

• Clear and logical reporting, know how to use chart/table to support reporting

Key deliverables will include:

1) In line Quality Audit

• Arrange or follow the audit plan

• Quality Audit: Perform process/ORT/Cosmetic/Color/Gloss/Dimension/Kappa audit by

following released documents or special requirement including but not limit to PQP, DFM,

SIP, SOP, or other industrial standard.

• Audit training to vendor

2) Issue/Finding Follow up

• Communication/negotiation with vendors/cross function team on the issues/findings;

Escalation in case any critical issue happened

• Drive efficient root cause & corrective actions against the issues/findings, perform on site

verification/validation accordingly

• Lead critical issue resolving in vendor site

3) Report & Framework of systematic method/solutions

• Timely meeting/reporting with oversea manager is required, for audit performance rating,

issue/finding updates, Monthly/quarterly/Annual reports etc.
