岗位职责:

1. Collect, review the information/documents for daily customs declaration (including HS code classification, import and export declaration, processing trade and etc.) purpose and work with customs forwarder/broker to file formal declaration. Ensure correct and compliant customs declaration based on the collected info&docs.
收集、审核日常报关信息/单据（包括HS编码分类、进出口报关、加工贸易等），并与报关代理/报关行合作进行正式报关。根据收集的信息和文档确保正确和合规的报关单。
2. Follow the logistics and customs declaration process, handle im/export inspection and other Customs requirements, ensure finishing the customs formality in a reasonable time limit.
遵循物流报关流程，办理进出口报检等海关要求，确保在合理时限内办理完关手续。
3. Keep the im/export records/status in details in a timely manner.
及时详细保存进口/出口记录/状态。
4. Collect, review the information/document for application of Certificate of Origin and other im/export licenses where applicable.
收集、审查信息/文件，以申请原产地证书和其他进口/出口许可证（如适用）。
5. Maintain the daily im/export declaration related documents in a timely and complete manner.
及时、完整地维护每日进口/出口申报相关文件。
6. Participate in set up & optimization of import and export related process/instruction, IT system and etc.
参与进出口相关流程/指令、IT系统等的设置和优化。

1. Customs import and export declaration related working experience;
具备海关进出口报关相关工作经验;
2. Familiar with overall China import, export, processing trade declaration related process and requirements；
熟悉中国整体进出口、加工贸易报关相关流程和要求；
3. Customs declaration knowledge in Automotive industry preferred;
有汽车行业报关知识者优先;
4. Processing trade experience preferred；
有加工贸易经验者优先；
5. Good Communication (in English both spoken & written);
良好的沟通表达能力（书面英语和口语表达流利）；
6. More than 5 years working experience in customs;
海关相关工作经验5年以上；
7. Customs Declaration related Certificate preferred.
有海关申报相关证书者优先。
