Job Responsibilities:

• Assist
  the Internal Audit Manager to draft the audit planning, audit procedure
  etc.


• According
  to the approved audit plan and perform the field work, including audit
  documents request preparation, interview, control design testing,
  effectiveness, reporting drafting etc. Coving all the functions of the
  whole company.


• Ensure
  full engagement communication and coordination with relevant auditees and
  other staff.


• Participate
  to build up the internal audit department, including the internal audit
  procedure, internal audit methodology, risk assessment, audit planning,
  etc.


• Work
  with the team to timely follow-up that agreed management actions have been
  implemented according to the respective planning.


• Documents
  filing and management for all audit related.


• Other
  ad hoc projects per request.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s
  degree with 7+ years’ experience from Quality management, Audit.


• Familiar
  with automotive industry related, be familiar with stamping, painting,
  assembly process experience is preferred.


• Proven
  knowledge and understanding of quality methods as well as experiences with
  them.


• Ability
  to work independently and as part of a team.


• Cognitive
  flexibility, problem solving, critical thinking.


• Proficient
  with operation of daily MES, MS Office.


• Audit
  related professional qualifications or experiences, such as ISO/IATF/ CIA/
  desired.


• Strong
  verbal and written communication skills with English.

• 协助内审经理起草审计计划、审计程序等。


• 根据批准的审计计划执行现场工作，包括审核文件的准备、访谈、控制设计有效性的测试、报告起草等。涵盖整个公司的所有职能。


• 确保与相关被审计单位和其他工作人员进行充分的业务沟通和协调。


• 参与内审部门的建设，包括完善内部审计程序、内部审计方法、风险评估、审计计划等。


• 与团队合作，根据各自的计划及时跟进管理行动的整改。


• 根据要求进行其他任务。

工作要求：

• 本科学历，7年以上质量管理、审计相关工作经验。


• 具备汽车行业相关经验，熟悉冲压、涂装、装配工艺流程优先。


• 对生产质量和方法有充分了解和理解，以及使用这些知识和工具的经验。


• 能够独立工作，并作为团队的一部分。


• 认知灵活性，解决问题能力，批判性思维。


• 熟练操作MS Office，熟悉MES系统。


• 希望获得与审计相关的专业资格或经验，如 ISO/IATF/CIA。


• 较强的英语口头和书面沟通能力。
