1.具有专业实验室或大学实验室工作经验，有技术实验背景者优先。
1. Experiences in professional lab or in university lab, with technical experiment background, will be equivalent to the experience requirements.

2.Strong capability to understand test principles, test standards, and test documents, quickly;
3.较强的学习不同测试方法的新测试技术和不同测试机的测试参数的能力;
3.Strong capability to learn new test technologies of different test methods and test parameters of different test machines;
4.较强的向非专业人士介绍和解释不同测试的能力，以便在技术上实施或配合测试;
4. Strong capability to introduce and explain different tests to non-professional people for implementing or cooperating tests technically;
5.较强的与外部不同实验室合作的能力(作为供应商)，为MFC提供测试服务;
