· Directly reporting to IB China Senior Manager, you are responsible for the sales and business development, particularly the promotion of techno-bricks, safety & non-safety class equipment from Framatome France and Germany to nuclear new builds projects as well as various modifications to operating nuclear plants in China region.
· Aiming to sign commercial contracts, you need to be close to customers, to understand and identify their true needs, to align customer’s needs with Framatome internal solutions through clear and effective internal communication with internal business lines, to analyze the competition landscape and make convincible proposition.
· Considering the fast-changing competition landscape, you need to identify the suitable local non-agent industrial partners and to propose the best commercial approach/strategy
· To achieve the customer satisfaction, you are actively involved and proactively support in the project execution to ensure the highest level of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
· To identify customer’s needs and to promote solution
portfolio towards NPPs and relevant platform companies.
· To be well connect to customer and to be well informed of customers problems, difficulties, operational issues in order to anticipate commercial proposals
· To promote new solutions to the customer in relation to the technical department
· To develop an extensive commercial network in order to support very quickly any customer needs
· To provide necessary commercial information enabling Framatome IB China to anticipate resources for future activities
· To provide all necessary inputs in order to prepare well defined commercial offer.
· To manage contract negotiation until its signature with customer.
· To identify the potential non-agent industrial partners for business development and make your own proposition.
· To proactively support and to be hands-on involved in the contract execution to achieve the customer satisfaction and brings closer the relationship with customers.• Bachelor in a technical field – or equivalent experience
• Technical background with a confirmed experience in civil nuclear related domain
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales & marketing, project execution
• Good communication in English
• Willing to accept frequent business trips with no geographical restrictions.
