Objectives & Keys Tasks
Generates downstream productivity and value (in line with category strategy):
▪ Manages day to day activities on Purchasing families for the Purchasing Center he belongs
to, according to category strategies.
▪ Proposes and leads local productivity plan and value creation from RP4 (Mass production
starting)
▪ Deploy productivity plan from Category leaders for current year and N+1 N+2 coming years
▪ Ensures implementation of purchasing action plans in sites / coordination with sites
▪ Participates into the SRM process
▪ Interacts with Purchasing community: participates to strategy definition with the category
leaders; works with SEB Asia for Asian suppliers.
Education & Qualifications
▪ Education
▪ Engineering, Business or Purchasing degree
▪ At least 5 years of experience in industrial activities (R&D, Quality, Logistics,
Operations …) in a direct purchasing function.
▪ Skills & Expertise required
▪ Comfortable in transversal working and project management in international
context
▪ Simplify complexity, show initiative, accountability and agility
▪ Seek for continuous improvement to maximise performance
▪ Fluent in English
