Key Responsibilities · Participating in company background research and analysis by conducting desktop search, using internet or database, and following standard procedures. · Identifying the related risk information during the background research, and summarizing the risk and other key information, to deliver report findings accurately and objectively. · Reporting work status to leaders/reviewers timely and effectively assisting in other research related tasks. · 按照标准流程，使用数据库和互联网进行企业背景调查工作。 · 背景调查中能识别相关的风险信息，对发现的风险信息和其他重要信息进行归纳总结，准确客观地撰写报告内容。 · 及时向团队负责人/审核人员报告工作状态，并有效分担其他与调查相关的各项任务。

Experience & Background · Bachelor's degree or above, preferred in a business/economics/law related discipline but not essential. · Business research and report writing experience is an advantage. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) . · Strong communication skills in Chinese, good reading and writing skills in English, with CET-4 or above. · Detail-oriented, organized, good summarizing and problem-solving skills. · 本科及以上学历，商科、经济、财务、法律或相关专业优先考虑。 · 有商业调研和报告撰写的相关经验为佳。 · 能够熟练操作微软办公软件 (Excel、PowerPoint、Word). · 良好的中英文能力，英语CET-4及以上。 · 拥有较强的学习能力，注意细节、有良好的分析和总结归纳能力、善于解决问题。
