Job Description:
1. Base on the sales orders and project, create production schedule demand and parts delivery time. Coordinate with buyer or supplier to review assembly capacity.
基于项目和订单，创建生产需求计划和零部件需求计划。协调采购人员和供应商监控其产能。
2. Release production data from PDM to Baan, and make sure ERP group is correct as well;
生产数据由PDM发到BAAN里，并且确保ERP组别正确
3. Maintain data in Baan and check purchase/manufacturing queue condition, planning parts delivery time according to production plan. Maintain relevant documentation in database.
维护采购数据进入BAAN系统，并检查采购/制造队列情况，依据生产计划制定零部件交货计划。更新/维护相关数据库文件。
4. Released production documents according to production plan and close the production orders on timely in Baan system
按照生产计划及时发放生产文件，负责生产订单系统及时关闭
5. Handle ECN and transfer completed information to related department, follow up and ensure ECN closed on timely
处理ECN 信息并将完整的信息及时传递给相关执行部门人员,跟踪确保ECN 及时关闭
6. Check and following parts delivery status with buyers and warehouse supervisor before assembly according to stock condition, prepare shortage list to SQM and following parts delivery time.
根据库存实际情况，在装配开始之前与采购和仓库主管一起检查并追踪零部件交货情况，准备缺件清单并追踪零部件交付日期。
7. Coordinate with production supervisor and project coordinator for reporting assembly working hours in Baan by each pcs project.
配合生产主管/项目协调员一起登记装配工时进入系统。
8. Handle order for internal transaction in Valmet and follow the delivery situation.
负责处理Valmet内部订单并追踪交付情况。
9. To work with the Manager/supervisor to ensure capacity is available according to the project delivery time.
根据项目交期情况，与经理/主管协作确保有效产能。
10. Manage item (materials or components) in BAAN, analysis and collect information to ensure stock for materials and components be matching with project forecast needed.
管理Baan系统物料，收集/分析信息以确保系统库存符合项目预期。
11. Follow the non-moving parts and safety stock, give handle suggestions during project planning
关注跟踪呆滞料及安全库存，基于项目需求给出合理处置建议
12. Base on the requirement of operation and ERP system management, to be involved and give positive planning support
根据实际生产运营&ERP 系统发展的实际需求，积极参与并提供支持。
13. Engage in the production and support work of hi-tech product.
积极致力于生产及新技术产品的支持工作
14. Understands and strictly follows Company’s Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance.

15. 积极完成其他由上级主管或公司安排的工作或任务
16. 负责与项目&采购&质量&仓库等相关团队配合，对生产计划进行跟踪及推进，保证生产和项目的及时交付；
Requirement:
1. College degree or above with majoring in Mechanical Engineering or other associate professionals
本科及以上学历, 机械工程类或其他相关专业毕业
2. Able to do the daily work in English
能使用英语进行日常工作
3. Minimum 4 years’ experience in production planning in a mechanical environment，knowledge of equipment assembly will be a plus.
至少4年以上机械类行业生产计划工作经验，非标设备装配行业为佳
4. Working experience in the process of MRP or ERP (Baan or Infor LN is plus), has Auto CAD skill and a full complement of Microsoft software capability.
具有ERP或者MRP 计划工作经验（Baan/Infor LN 系统为佳），熟练使用Office 办公软件
5. Able to solve technical problem happened in workshops in time 能够深入车间现场及时处理生产中出现的技术问题
6. Willing and able to flexibility work within a developing organization
愿意并能在发展中的组织中合理安排工作
