岗位职责:

1.负责尼龙再生纤维研发团队的建设，包括人员配置、培训和职业发展，带领研发团队完成项目目标。
Responsible for the construction of the nylon recycled fiber R&D team, including staffing, training and career development, and lead the R&D team to achieve the project goals.
2.负责尼龙再生纤维研发整体规划，开发及验证新技术及工艺的可行性，制定切实可行的技术方案并监督实施。
Responsible for the overall planning of nylon recycled fiber research and development, development and verification of the feasibility of new technologies and processes, formulation of practical technical solutions and supervision of implementation.
3.从技术角度支持寻找原料（废旧PA6）并解决复杂的生产问题，为项目生产线提供支持。
Support for project production lines from a technical point of view by supporting the search for raw materials (waste PA6) and solving complex production problems.
4.走访目标市场的客户，进行深入的市场调研和需求分析，准确理解和捕捉客户的需求，将需求转化为具体的技术指标和规格要求。
Visit customers in the target market, conduct in-depth market research and demand analysis, accurately understand and capture customer needs, and translate needs into specific technical indicators and specifications.
5.沟通集团国内外原料、研发、市场等团队，进行项目国内外技术沟通及问题协调。
