Key Accountabilities:
*Build up effective team; supervise and guide the daily teamwork; conduct and feedback regular/irregular performance evaluation; recruit, coach and develop team members
*Draft policy and process of warehouse and make sure the implementation; cooperate internal and external audits
*In-house warehouse and 3-party warehouse daily management, including GR, material supply, outbound shipping, store in a proper condition, report for slow moving, non-confirming material and report timely to take action.
*Responsible for cost reduction, such as: transportation cost control, consumption control of energy, water, processing materials and other resources, pollution elimination and reduction by implementing effective pollution prevention method.
*Work with planners to maintain the implemented continued improvement systems and deal with rejection.
*Manage counting on monthly, quarterly, and yearly to ensure inventory accurate.
*Monitor in-out documentation and management.
*Arrange warehouse area in good order according to 5S requirement.
*Responsible for forklift and other warehouse equipment in proper way Forklift Operation and maintenance.
*Plant logistic planning and set up; define and manage line supply and plant transportation.
*Logistics supplier management
*Ensure SAP running principle for WM/MM module
