职位描述
职责描述:
1.管理在签证申请处进行的所有日常活动(行政和职能)
包括:
*签证文件审核处理
*及时准确地维护和记录所有应用程序数据
*处理现金和银行相关交易
*确保VAC的整体安全(物理和数据)
*确保向领事馆/申请人交付护照的所有管理和物流/物流公司等。
2.对所有流程进行定期审核,并实施所有新流程的推出或变更
3.通过改进程序和不断创新方法来提高生产力和成本效益,保持和提高客户和任务的满意度。
4.在所有流程中遵守服务水平协议,并确保遵守标准操作程序、手册等,不得有任何偏差。
5.从组织和ISO的角度,确保团队得到指导并努力遵守所有要求遵守的SOp/流程
6.确保提供增值服务选项并实现WAC7的WAS目标。与各种支持职能部门保持联系,以处理与团队相关的查询。
任职要求
1.精通英语和粤语语
2.本科或全球同等学历
3.在客户服务行业有3-5年的经验
4.处理一个团队或过程的经验。
5.计算机基础知识
6.优秀的人际交往能力

职位描述
1. Manage all day to day activities (administrative and functional) conducted at the Visa ApplicationCentre(VAC) which involves:
* Document scrutiny & verifcation for visa processing
* Maintaining & recording all application data in atimely and accurate manner
*Handling cash & bank related transactions if assigned
*Ensuring Overall Security of the VAC (Physical &Data)
*Ensuring all administration & logistics ofpassport delivery to consulate / applicant /logistics company etc.
2. Conduct regular Audits for all processes &implement all new process rollouts or changes
3. Maintain & improve level of customer & missionsatisfaction by enhancing procedures andcontinuously innovating methods to increaseproductivity and cost effectiveness.
4. Maintain adherence to the Service LevelAgreements 's for all processes and ensureadherence to Standard Operating Procedures manuals etc. without any deviation.
5. Ensure that the Teams are mentored & work towards adherence of all SOP's/ processes, required to be complied with, from an Organizational & ISO perspective
6. Ensure delivery of Value Added Services options and achievement of the VAS targets for the VAC
7. Liaise with various support functions to handle team related queries.
任职要求
1. Mastery of English and Cantonese
2. Graduate or Global Equivalent degree3. 3 to 5 years ofexperience in a Customer Service Industry preferably Hospitality Background / Call Centre Background
4. Experience in handling a team of people or process
5. Basic knowledge of Computer Skills
6. Excellent Interpersonal skills
7. Customer Orientation
