Responsibilities:

1. Order management related operations in SAP, include Order Entry, Order Confirmation, Work order creation & release, dispatch, billing, etc.
订单管理在SAP中的相关操作，包括：订单录入、订单确认、工单创建&释放、发货、开票等。

2. OM related docs pre-check and signature e.g.: sales contracts, pre-order, special release, etc.
订单管理相关文件校验和签署，例如：销售合同,预订单,特殊处理订单等

3. Develop production plan and follow-up till order fulfillment；
制定生产计划并跟进直至订单完成；

4. Arrange order dispatch and follow-up logistics tracking
安排发货和追踪物流

5. Preparation and participation in negotiations until final agreement & order
谈判的准备和参与直至协议和订单达成

Qualifications:

1. Order Management or Commercial related experience no less than 3 years
preferred.
3年以上订单管理或商务相关工作经验;

2. Good SAP user in SD, PP, MM modules
熟悉SAP系统中的SD, PP, MM模块

3. Good command of both written and spoken English
良好的英文读写和口语能力

4. Professional use of Microsoft Office software
熟练使用Office办公软件

5. Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
