Concentrix China is looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Front-end technology Engineer with an Automotive, Hi-Tech or Retail industry background to work on relevant projects. This engineer is a hands-on practitioner, with storytelling and problem solving skills. The engineer must have good communication capabilities as a consummate collaborator comfortable working within fluid team structures.
The consultant must have strong Automotive, Hi-Tech or Retail or Retail industry knowledge, either from working at companies or working on projects at length in such industry. Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain WeChat mini programs, ensuring high-quality user experiences and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable front-end solutions for complex web applications.
• Implement and optimize front-end features using modern technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) and ensure compatibility across different browsers and devices.
• Work with MVVM frameworks (Vue.js, AngularJS, React) to develop large-scale, single-page applications (SPAs).
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of Node.js-based web applications, with a focus on large-scale projects.
• Solve front-end challenges such as performance optimization, code maintainability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Utilize back-end development skills when necessary to support front-end initiatives and integration efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies, frameworks, and best practices, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WeChat mini programs, ensuring smooth online operations and seamless user experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to brainstorm, plan, and execute solutions, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
2. 4-10 years of experience in front-end development.
3. At least 3 years of experience in WeChat mini program development.
4. Experience in developing large-scale or complex single-page applications (SPA) is a plus.
5. Strong proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, DOM, HTTP, and data structures.
6. Expertise in at least one MVVM framework (Vue.js, AngularJS, React).
7. Hands-on experience in developing Node.js web applications, especially large-scale projects.
8. Deep understanding of browser compatibility and solutions for cross-browser and cross-device challenges.
9. Familiarity with front-end architecture, performance optimization, and maintaining large-scale web applications.
10. Practical knowledge of a back-end programming language and ability to apply it effectively in development.
11. Experience in developing and operating WeChat ecosystem tools is highly desirable.
12. Passion for technology, continuous learning, and keeping up with industry trends.
13. Strong sense of responsibility, service-oriented mindset, and excellent teamwork and communication skills.
14. Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems independently.
