Job Responsibilities工作职责:

• Manager CQ department and in charge whole CQ team indicators such as TQ1, Claim, Line Stop, PPM, and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain friendly relations with OEM and other customers

• Be responsible for managing / driving the efficient problem containment activities to customer complains during mass production.

• Participate actively into the quality improvement programs (such as 8D, CAR, EC, Deviation, etc) with professional knowledge and skill.

• Organize and build the strong team and flow to ensure the customer quality team.

• Handle Quality Issue during mass production with customer

• Responsible for the daily management of his / her team and its people development activities.

• Be responsible for building the technical competence of his / her team, in terms of defect analysis, problem solving tools, awareness of sekurit technology with respects to its products & processes.

• Responsible for the performance of EHS / 5S in the function.

• Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Job Requirements其他工作要求

• Education学历: Bachelor degree or above

• Work experience工作经验: More than 5years of quality, automotive industry experience is a plus.
