Job Summary:
As part of Budweiser Capability Centre growth strategy, we are fully committed to drive business grow through guaranteed AP operating and ICO reporting in BU Japan. We are currently seeking a Japan Finance SME to join us, reporting directly to BU KR & JP Manager. The primary responsibility of this role includes (but it is not limited to) assisting JP&NZ Accounting Supervisor to manage the Business Services related to BUJP AP and ICO reporting process, performing the activities to meet SLA/KPI requirements, assisting implementation and standardization of finance projects in APAC, complying with and implementing Internal Control requirements from APAC and local.
· Validate and book AP invoices and expense claim;
· Arrange payment according to company policy;
· Coordinate with Logistic team to ensure imported beer invoices has been correctly and timely booked;
· Provide monthly AP aging report and comments reasons for long aging balance to local entity and follow up;
· Prepare sale volume report
· ICO Reconciliation
· Assist with month end closing;
· Monthly filing AP vouchers;
· Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement / innovate solutions / system enhancements related to the AP/Reporting process;
· Support internal and external Audit;
· Perform ad hoc analysis as assigned;
Qualifications
Education
· Bachelor’s degree or above required
· University degree in a related discipline (e.g.,accounting, finance or business) and experience
Experience
· More than 3 years related finance experience;
· Fluent Japanese and English speaking;
· Demonstrated knowledge of accounting processes and cycles;
· Good IT skills (MS Office, SAP experience is an advantage);
· Strong time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize;
· Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills;
· Strong attention to detail;
· Ability to work successfully under tight deadlines;
· Willing to accept holiday gaps between Japan and China
