职位描述
1、主持日常管理工作,根据各时期的实际状况,提出改进和提高物业管理工作水平的意见措施。

5、定期对现场工作进行巡视,对设备运行保养、安保、保洁和绿化等方面的服务情况进行了解。

6、组织对项目管理处各岗位人员的培训、考核工作。

任职要求:
1、大专以上空调制冷或弱电强电等相关工程背景。
College degree with Major on AC or EE, and relative Majors.
2、5年以上物业现场经理工作经验。
At least 5 years working experience on site property management.
3、良好的组织及语言表达能力,优秀的沟通技巧和客户服务意识。
Excellent communication skill.
4、良好的英语听、说、读、写能力。
Excellent English skills.
5、持有物业管理经理上岗证,熟悉房地产、物业管理专业知识及国家有关法律、法规和条例。
