主要职责TASKS OR MISSIONS :

-按照无损检测III级经理的要求，负责上下游工厂的无损检测相关工作。

-Be responsible for the related NDT work of upstream and downstream plant according to the requirement of NDT Level III manager.

1. 基本职责Essential

- 学习并掌握公司相关的超声、漏磁、磁粉检测工艺。

Learn and master processes of the related UT, EMI and MPI inspection.

- 负责对无损检测设备进行工艺巡检。

Be responsible for the process check of NDT equipment.

- 根据无损检测III级经理的要求对无损检测设备的工艺参数设置进行管控，并依据瓦卢瑞克无损检测标准作业程序指导无损检测操作工进行正确的设置。

Supervise the process parameter settings of UT equipment according to the request of NDT Level III manager and instruct NDT operators to do correct settings in line with Vallourec NDT SOPs.

- 负责无损检测设备的相关工艺测试。

Be responsible for the related process tests of NDT equipment.

- 支持无损检测维护团队进行设备维护活动。

Be responsible for supporting NDT maintenance team to perform equipment maintenance activities.

- 负责无损检测III级经理指派的无损检测项目。

Be responsible for NDT projects assigned by NDT Level III manager.

- 负责支持无损检测工艺委员会和东半球首席无损检测专家在天大工厂开展的相关无损检测工作。

Be responsible for supporting the related NDT work carried by NDT Process Community (PC-NDT) and East Hemisphere Chief NDT Expert.

- 协助无损检测III级经理准备NDT审核的相关工作。

Be responsible for assisting NDT Level III manager to prepare the related work of NDT audits.

- 协助无损检测三级经理培训无损检测操作工。

Assist NDT Level III manager in trainings for NDT operators.

- 参加公司要求的无损检测培训并取证。

Attend the NDT trainings requested by the company and achieve certificates.

- 公司安排的其他质量及无损探伤相关工作。

Other quality and NDT related work assigned by the company.

2. 环境安全职责Environmental & Safety

- 积极参加公司组织的安全学习和活动Participate the safety study and safety activities organized by the company

- 遵守瓦卢瑞克的安全环境规则Follow the safety and environmental rules of Vallourec.

- 积极促进本部门及无损探伤工位的安全状况的提高与改善. Actively promote the safety improvement of the department and NDT positions.

- 在工作中遵守5S规则Follow the 5S rules

- 完成公司要求的安全访问及现场安全巡查Complete the safety visit and site inspection required by the company

3. 能力资质要求Competence &Qualifications Requirements:

1）教育背景Education: 本科及以上学历。材料成型、机械、电气相关专业。Undergraduate, material forming, mechanical and electrical related majors.

2) 经验 Experience: 工作经验无特别要求, 但1年左右工作经验最佳 No special requirement for work experience, but one-year work experience is preferred.

3) 知识及培训要求Knowledge & Training：机电或材料成型相关知识储备，熟悉超声、漏磁、磁粉检测最佳。熟练使用 OFFICE软件，数据分析熟练应用尤佳。公司会提供工作相关的知识培训，包括1年左右的国外工作相关培训。Knowledge of mechanical, electrical or material forming, be familiar with UT, EMI, MPI inspection is preferred. Be familiar with MS Office, familiar with data analysis. The company will provide job-related knowledge training, including about 1 year of overseas job-related training.

4) 语言要求Language requirement：良好的英语听、说、写。Good English listening, speaking and writing.

5) 能力及技能要求Competence & Skill requirement：材料成型和物理背景，了解钢铁材料的成型方式（轧制、铸造、焊接等）。Material forming and physics background. Know the forming method of steel material (rolling, casting, welding etc.).

6)其他要求Soft skills: 具有团队精神，有良好的沟通与协作能力，工作认真积极主动，责任心强，勇于承担挑战性的工作。Have team spirit, good communication and collaboration skills, work seriously and proactively, have a strong sense of responsibility, and have the courage to undertake challenging work.
