Do concept planning independently
独立完成项目的方案规划
Make project layout independently, according to project planning, process, logistic, and safety requirement.根据项目规划、工艺、物流及安全要求，独立完成项目平面布置图
Lead project process team for big project independently大型项目中独立领导工艺团队完成工作
Create project equipment list and select equipment independently独立完成项目的设备清单及设备选型
Supplier teams process quality and timing supervision供应商团队工艺质量和进度监控
Train and guide new member
培训及指导新的成员
任职要求:
At least bachelor degree on Mechanical engineering / Automation related background本科学历及以上，机械工程/自动化相关专业优先
Familiar with customer process standard (e.g. VW, BMW, Tesla, GM, etc.)熟悉客户工艺标准(如大众、宝马、Tesla、通用等)
At least 8-year experience on BlW tooling design or process planning8年以上白车身线工装设计或工艺规划相关经验
