工作职责：
1.Define local procurement strategy (indirect/direct) and align with HQ/定义本地采购战略(直接/间接)并与总部保持一致；
2.Manage localization projects (for local or group)/管理本地化项目(本地或集团)；
3.Develop new suppliers needed to support local OEM project acquisition/支持本地OEM项目的采购, 开发新供应商；
4.Continuously optimize procurement processes of different direct/indirect commodity groups in systematic way to achieve inter-department benefits/以系统的方式不断优化不同的(直接或间接)商品组的采购流程来实现部门的利益 ；
5.Cooperate with and support departments on their procurement needs/对各部门的采购需求提供配合与支持；
6.Organize department tasks and manage subordinates/组织开展部门任务并管理下属
7.To train, lead and motivate subordinate to achieve department’s target/培训、领导和激励下属，实现部门年度指标；
8.To sourcing supplier/寻找潜在的供应商；
9.Send RFQ to supplier and analyze the quotation/向供应商发出询价，分析供应商的报价；
10.Conduct supplier performance evaluation and price control/进行供应商绩效评估及价格控制；
11.Set up and maintain an updated supplier database /建立并维护符合公司需要的供应商数据库；
12.Identification of environmental factors that influence or affect the environment, and identify factors that may have a significant impact on the environment (i.e., an important environmental factor) /识别本部门能够控制或能够施加影响的环境因素，并确定对环境具有、或可能具有重大影响的因素（即重要环境因素）；
13.Determine the environmental objectives of the Department and confirm the situation/确定本部门年度环境目标并确认达成情况；
14.To ensure that the relevant parties to the relevant parties shall perform their environmental and security obligations and will be reflected in the service agreement, agreement or contract/确保本部门相关方应履行环境和安全义务，并将相应要求体现在服务协议、约定或合同中；
15.Support other practices and events as assigned by direct manager/支持部门其他同事工作以及领导交办的其他工作。
任职要求：
1.大学本科及以上学历，5年以上工作经验；
2.Be familiar with supplier development and management / 熟悉供应商开发和管理；
3.Be familiar with wires, connectors, plastic parts, EMS products; understand the injection molding, stamping and other manufacturing process engineering/熟悉导线，连接器，塑料件，EMS等产品;了解注塑，冲压等制造工艺工程；
4.有一定的决策能力，以结果为导向，全球化思维，英语可作为工作语言。
