Problem solving and follow-up regarding internal and external audit except IATF.

关于公司内外部审核IATF 除外问题处理及跟踪。

To ensure all produce process and operation correspond to requirements of document during manufacturing aim at obtaining good commodity.

确保在生产期间所有生产过程和生产操作与文件要求一致以获得良好产品。





Duties & Responsibilities职责与责任

Support to establish and maintain the quality system, according to the company's development strategy plan, establish the relevant system documents, ensure the quality system operation meets the relevant requirements.

协助质量体系的建立和维护，根据公司发展战略规划，建立相关体系文件，确保质量体系运行符合相关要求。

Participate in the audit works, formulate the annual audit plan according to the relevant requirements, complete the audit work on time, and ensure the conformity of the quality system operation.

参与各项审核工作，根据相关要求制定年度审核计划，按时完成各项审核工作， 保证质量体系运行的符合性。

Cooperate with third party quality system audit to ensure the audit passes smoothly.

配合三方质量体系监督审核，确保审核顺利通过。

Take charge of organizing the implementation of internal process/product audit, organizing the implementation of on-site layered audit, standardization, and improvement of on-site operating conditions.

负责组织实施内部过程/产品审核实施，组织实施现场分层审核、工作现场作业条件规范与改善。

Take charge of the preparation of PPAP documentation for new projects or changes.

负责新项目或变更PPAP文件的准备

Participate in FMEA and CP creation.

参与 FMEA 和 CP 创建。

Take charge of quality tools the validation and acceptance.

负责质量工具的验证和验收。

Take charge of quality tools statistics analysis and internal/ external calibration mission.

负责质量工具统计分析和内外部标定工作。

Take charge of process quality control.

负责过程质量控制。

Organize analysis of axle rebuild, scraps and downtime which cause by internal process quality issue and take the corrective/preventive actions to prevent quality issues re-occurrence.

组织分析由于内部过程质量问题造成的整桥拆解，报废和停机并采取纠正和预防措施防止问题再发。

To quickly react quality problem and take the containment actions immediately in order to decrease cost.

快速反应质量问题并立即采取控制措施以降低成本。

To comply with all quality and safety procedures of enterprise and Chinese legal requirement.

遵守所有公司质量和安全流程和中国的法规要求。

To complete other tasks from direct leader.

完成上级交办的其他工作。





Qualifications能力及素质



Bachelor’s degree or above。

本科及以上学历。

Over 10 years’ experience of process quality management in automotive industrial.

至少10年汽车行业过程质量管理经验。

Familiar with IATF16949, VDA6.3 internal audit experience is preferred.

熟悉IATF16949，有VDA6.3内审经验者优先。

License to internal quality system and process audit preferred.

拥有内部质量体系和过程审核许可者优先。

Fluent in written and oral English.

流利的英语书写和口语。

Experience with Excel, PPT and Word.

熟练运用Excel、PPT和word软件。

Familiar with quality management tools, e.g. MSA, SPC, FMEA and CP.

熟悉质量管理工具，如MSA, SPC, FMEA和CP。

Proactive, strong executive ability, strong awareness of quality and cost, strong writing and editing skills.

工作积极主动、执行力强，有较强的质量意识、成本意识，文字表达及编辑能力强。

Good ability of organization, coordination, communication, work planning and overall planning.

具备良好的组织协调、沟通能力和工作计划、统筹能力；

Ability to understand and comply the instruction from the leader.
