Dinova Guangzhou is the Buying Office for a French Group leader in

Discount Market: La Foir’Fouille.

Our product range
includes items from non-food departments, such as hardware, DIY, outdoor,
textiles, and decoration.

With a team of 55 colleagues organized into 8 departments, we handle various aspects of the purchasing process, including sourcing, sampling, translation, design, packaging, production oversight, shipment logistics, quality assurance
reporting, and quality control inspections.

RESPONSABILITIES:

Based on the weekly shipment planning, Shipping Team need to coordinate with Suppliers, Quality Team and Product Team to ensure orders to be delivered on time.

Manage, Optimize,Anticipate, Report and Communicate are the key point of the position.

Manage a team of shipping personnel, providing leadership, guidance, and training to ensure their professional growth and performance.

Optimize the consolidation.

Anticipate the cause of delay.

Communicate and coordinate with the different departments in Dinova and the French Team.

Report the situation, potential risks, and problems to the relevant department.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience in shipping and logistics.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
