Job Descriptions:
• Develop project plan and drive cross-functional team tasks to ensure each project completes on-time, within agreed constraints of resources, scope, quality and risks
• Provide leadership and motivation to project team throughout the project life cycle
• Collaborate with departments to roll out business plans and achieve business objectives
• Measure and monitor each project from inception to delivery, including tracking project status, identifying cross-functional dependencies, proposing options to mitigate risk
• Oversee implementation of business measurement, operational guidelines or strategies
• Support management reporting through coordination and communication between business teams.
• Review project proposals or plans to determine time frame, funding limitations, sourcing approach, delivery method, dependencies and procedures
• Assist internal and external team communication, improve transparency and disseminate information about the project
Job Specification:
• Degree holder of any discipline
• 6+ years experience in project management, consulting or business operation
• PRC experience highly preferred
• Data-driven, analytical and logical
• Self-starter, ambitious, and self-sufficient
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Well written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
