岗位职责：

1、研发完善道路设施防腐、着色用聚合物乳液和无溶剂型涂料的配方、工艺，高性能水性高分子胶乳设计、合成；

2、对公司现有产品所涉及到的材料、工艺等方面进行技术研究，根据公司产品在不同的应用领域提出不同的表面处理方案并实施完成；

3、协助品质部门解决重大的产品质量问题，提出改善措施和方法，指导工艺实施和生产改进；

4、根据研发管理规范，负责项目过程资料、资料库更新、文件模板、项目阶段总结、论文等资料的整理。

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，高分子材料、复合材料、化学化工等专业，有研发工作经验者优先；

2、熟悉产品开发流程，包括配方设计、合成方法以及性能表征等；

3、熟练掌握各种材料分析测试手段，如FTIR等；

4、较强的中英文文献查阅、分析和整理能力；

5、具备较强的信息收集及分析能力、实验操作和实验报告撰写能力。

薪资福利 Remuneration & Benefits:

1. 薪资8-15万/年，整体水平高于同行业标准，一般薪资组成：基本工资，年终绩效，项目奖金。

Salary: 80,000-150,000 yuan/year, general salary composition: basic salary, year-end performance bonus, project bonus. XiYueFa Group provides a total remuneration package above market average.

XiYueFa group has established the Technology Research Center for Green Road & Bridge Materials at its headquarters in Taiyuan, undertaking the R&D of bitumen, asphalt, inorganic cementitious material, concrete, coating, aggregates and other road and building materials and technologies of the group. Its “High-performance modified colored bitumen emulsion and its micro-surfacing technology” has been honored with national patents and listed in the “Promotion Catalogue of Scientific and Technological Achievements by the Ministry of Transportation”. Since the establishment of the center, it has obtained more than 60 national patents, led or participated in 2 provincial standardizations, 2 industrial standardizations, and 17 group standardizations, undertook 2 provincial-level scientific and technological achievements transformation and guidance projects, and more than 50 independent research and development projects by enterprises and 37 results have been transformed. The primary R&D focus is on sustainability and recycling of construction materials and technologies and the strength is to integrate the entire range of domains from molecular science to road construction and road maintenance in one chain of knowledge. Working in multi-disciplinary teams is the basis from agility and quality of the R&D done. At present, XiYueFa group has more than 10 foreign experts from the Netherlands, the United States, Canada and other countries, who come to China regularly for technical guidance and exchange.
