Essential Functions of the job:

Support single B antibody discovery platform and antibody screening projects under the supervision of investigators 在研究人员的指导下支持单细胞抗体研发平台和抗体筛选项目

Receive and QC test the antigens and immunogens, immunize the animals, test bleed and harvest spleen and other organs according to the schedules. Prepare antiserum and check the immune response by specified assays such as ELISA, FACS, receptor binding assay, etc. 对抗原进行质检，并进行动物免疫及取样。定期采血，测定抗血清滴度，检测免疫反应。

Screen antibodies from single B according to protocols, Clone selected clones to expression vectors 从单B细胞中筛选抗体，并克隆抗体到表达载体中

Characterize antibody variants by SDS-PAGE, SEC, ELISA, SPR, FACS, and preliminary function assays用SDS-PAGE, SEC, ELISA, SPR, FACS分析鉴定不同抗体的特性

Expertise in enriching the B cell from mice tissue or human PBMC is a plus 有富集小鼠或人B细胞经验者优先考虑

Expertise in single cell sequencing is a plus 有单细胞测序经验者优先考虑

Expertise in microfluidics, Beacon or FACS single cell soring is a plus 有微流控，Beacon平台或者FACS单细胞分选经验者优先考虑

Write experimental reports and log to lab notebooks书写实验记录以及实验报告

Summarize data, present to the investigators and groups of various levels总结实验数据并汇报给不同层级的小组研究人员

Maintain good practices in lab experiments在实验室中保持良好的操作习惯

Maintain clean and tidy lab environment保持实验室环境干净整洁



Qualification Required:

2+ years of industry experience with Master’s degree in biosciences, including but not limited to molecular biology, biochemistry, cell biology, immunology, medicine and pharmacology. 硕士学位，2年以上生物科学行业经验，包括但不限于分子生物学，生物化学，细胞生物学，免疫学，医学，药理学

Expertise in standard molecular biology techniques is a must. Previous experience with single cell cloning is a plus but not necessary. 必须具备较强的分子克隆基础，有单细胞克隆经验者优先考虑但不是必需。

Experienced with mammalian cell culture. Hands-on experience with FACS sorting is a plus but not necessary.熟悉细胞培养，有FACS分选实际操作经验者优先考虑。

Experienced or familiar with animal handling, animal immunization and test bleeding, antiserum preparation. 熟悉动物实验操作，能够进行动物免疫，采血，抗血清滴度测定等。

Experienced in antibody characterization such as SEC, ELISA, SPR and FACS 有抗体鉴定经验，如SEC, ELISA, SPR和FACS

Good oral and written communication skills in English and in Chinese.中英文流利
