b. Required Education & Experience / 教育背景及工作经验
- Bachelor degree or above major in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Technician or relevant education, training, and/or work experience.
- At least 6 years experience in Engine room layout
- Skilled to use CAD systems such as CATIA V5
- Knowledge of MS Office Software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- 机械工程本科或汽车工程硕士学历，技术人员或具有相关教育，培训或者工作经验人员；
- 6年及以上的汽车机舱布置相关工作经验；
- 熟练运用CAD软件如CATIA V5
- 会使用办公室软件: Word, Excel, PowerPoint。
c. Main Tasks & Responsibility主要任务和职责
- Responsible for Engine room layout, Pipeline and wiring harness layout
- exterior layout and styling coordination activity,
- Good understanding in vehicle regulation standard.
- Good understanding in vehicle length, wide and high definition
- Proposal data layout and feasibility analysis
- Establish packaging drawing
- Define the boundary limit surface for styling and Engineering
- NC data check for all the system, finish the packaging report and final packaging drawing
- Coordinate with styling, Engineer, manufacturing department to finish the technical proposal change and confirm
- Vehicle production issue follow up
- 负责机舱零件，管路，线束布置
- 熟悉整车法规要求 ；
- 熟悉整车长，宽，高尺寸定义
- 方案数据布置和可行性分析
- 制定总布置图
- 制定造型和工程边界限制面
- 各系统NC数据检查，完成总布置报告及最终总布置图
- 协调造型，工程，制造等部门完成方案修改及确认
