Responsibilities:

1. Identify the market actors of the pharmaceutical industry in China.(Pharmaceutical laboratories, CRO and CDMO).

2. Identify the potential partners / key partners of the sector (public or private partners, universities, hospitals, professional networks).

3. Represent the Group in local congresses in coordination with the General Manager China.

4. Participate in meetings (Universities, research institutes, professional associations of the pharmaceutical industry).

5. Design and propose adapted communication materials in coordination with the General Manager China. (Definition of the products and services).

6. Build a local network of partners.

7. Look ahead at market trends to identify how the business must evolve to take advantage of business opportunities that fit within the corporate strategy.

8. Identify potential partners and competitors in the industry.

9. Identify market participants in aseptic products such as ophthalmology and respiratory science in business-related areas.

10. Master the industry information (ophthalmology, respiratory science and other sterile products), understand the industry development trends, potential customers, major competitors’ resource status, marketing strategy, etc.

11. Share the accountability of identified CMO projects.

12. Define and execute a business development plan in collaboration with the GM and Sales Director.

13. Work with staff to develop bids, project schedules, and oversee contract implementation.

14. Cultivate key customer accounts to ensure long-term strategic partnerships.

15. Identify and propose opportunities to customers both with local and imported manufactured products.

16. Works in collaboration with the team to align objectives and identify mutual contributions.

17. Implement actions to increase the value of the legacy business.
