岗位职责：

1.Formulate the business objectives and work plan of the air freight department in China to ensure the completion of the department's tasks and indicators based on the Group's strategic direction and annual business objectives；

根据集团战略方向及年度经营目标，制定中国区空运部经营目标和工作计划，确保本部门各项任务指标的完成；

2.Responsible for the supervision, management and development of the daily work of the air freight department, analyzing and reporting the operation data every month, identifying problems and proposing executable solutions；

负责空运部日常工作的监督、管理及发展，每月对营运数据进行分析，上报，发现问题及提出可执行性解决方案；

3.Responsible for the improvement and optimization of workflow, leading the team to improve work efficiency, ensure work quality, and improve the performance appraisal system；

负责工作流程的改进和优化，带领团队提高工作效率，保证工作质量，完善绩效考核制度；

4.Establishing a quality customer management service system, establishing good relationships with overseas branches, customers and agents, etc., and maintaining orderly daily work and long-term stable cooperation;

建立优质客户管理服务体系，与海外分公司、客户和代理等建立良好关系，保持日常工作有序进行和长期稳定合作；

5.Responsible for organizing the reasonable division of labor and deployment of employees in the department and doing a good job in team building and talent echelon training；

负责组织好本部门员工的合理分工和调配，做好团队建设和人才梯队培养工作；

6.Responsible for internal training to enhance the work skills of employees, with the company to complete all kinds of training for employees；

负责部门内部培训提升员工工作技能，配合公司完成对员工的各类培训；7.Complete other tasks assigned by leader.

完成领导交办的其他任务。

任职资格：

1. More than 8 years of experience in international logistics industry, or raduated from logistics related majors.

8年以上国际物流行业经验，或者和物流相关专业毕业；

2. Understanding of air freight business, familiar with international engineering project logistics is preferred.

了解空运业务，熟悉国际工程项目物流优先；

3. Familiar with the international import and export freight operation process, shipping process and key nodes；

熟悉国际进出口货运操作流程、空运流程和关键节点；

4. Good communication skill and adaptability, Team spirit and self-motivation；

具有良好的沟通技巧和适应能力，具有较好的团队精神和自我激励能力；

5. Fluent English both in reading and writing, good oral English will be a plus；

英语读写流利，有良好的英语口语能力优先；

6. Good Command of Microsoft Office.

熟练电脑操作及office办公软件。
