Quality Engineer 质量工程师（质量体系方向）

Job responsibility:

1. Establish, maintain and update quality control plan

2. Establish, implement, maintain and develop quality procedures

3. Review, monitor quality process control and the operating effect

4. Review proposed procedures, product or testing system change

5. Provide daily quality support, like MRB meeting, organize related departments to solve quality problems

6. Get involved in new projects, provide quality support and make quality evaluation (drawings, samples, supplier audit, control plan, etc)

7. In charge of customer complaint investigation, review and take corrective actions accordingly

8. Host monthly quality meeting and prepare related quality reports

9. Provide related quality training to workshop

10. Other duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

1. University degree or above, diploma degree or above, mechanical or related major

2. At least 8-10 years of relevant quality management experience in manufacturing enterprises, plastic product processing and plastic molding experience is a plus.

3. Familiar with various quality control methods, quality tools, and measuring instruments and ISO9001

4. Good English speaking and writing capability

5. Good at Microsoft office software

6. Proactive, cooperative, responsible and communicative

7. Demonstrate strong ability of problem analysis and solving, time management

Can read and write in English at a daily basis

工作职责：

1. 制定、维护、更新质量控制计划

2. 制定、实施、维护及改进质量程序

3. 评审、监控品质过程控制及运行效果

4. 评审已提议的流程、产品或测试系统变更

5. 为生产提供日常的品质支持（如组织每日MRB会议），组织相关部门或人员解决生产过程中品质问题

6. 参与新项目，提供品质方面的支持，评估品质方面的要求（如图纸审核、样品验证、供应商审核、控制计划等）

7. 负责客户投诉问题的调查、评审，并采取相关纠正措施及实施

8. 主持月度质量会议，提供质量数据分析报告

9. 准备相关培训资料，提供品质控制方面的在岗培训

10. 主管分配的其他任务

任职资格：

1. 大学及以上学历，机械、机电一体化或相关专业

2. 至少8-10年生产制造型企业相关品质管理经验，具备塑胶产品加工、品质管理流程以及塑胶成型相关经验更佳

3. 熟悉各种质量控制方法，质量工具，测量仪器

4. 熟悉ISO质量管理体系

5. 英文读写能力较强

6. 较强的独立工作能力，能独立处理解决问题

7. 较强的沟通能力，能有效地与相关部门沟通

8. 熟练使用微软办公软件

9. 工作主动、积极，良好的团队沟通与协调能力，时间管理强，较强的问题分析与解决能力
