JOB RESPONSIBILITIES：

1.Develop or create products, and services for Control Techniques by leading and managing the execution of complex projects.

2.Coordinate work of multi-location and cross-discipline teams.

3.Responsible for Process definition, maintenance, and adherence within the project teams

Proactively manage project risks.

4.Provide technical direction, conduct regular project reviews, and take appropriate corrective actions.

5.Lead in partnership with product management, business managers, steering groups, and external parties and ensure timely and qualitative value creation.

6.Ensure people’s performance and processes are optimized in the program and encourage a change in mindset to promote system thinking and speed up development and project deliveries.

7.Must be willing to challenge the status quo and seek improvements in the way the program and projects are operated.

8.Contact consumers about existing products/services and assess the need for any additional features/upgrades and enter information as part of the consumer feedback loop.

9.Develop long-term relationships with all customers, handling and interpreting their requirements.

10.With support from the technical team if required, provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education, arrange, and carry out product training.

11.Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events as assigned.

Experience：

1.Degree / Bachelor / Master’s in engineering.

2.Minimum of 10+ years in the Variable Speed Drives industry as a Program Manager /Technical Manager.

3.Have existing network, relationship, and access to variable speed drives.

4.Demonstrated strong proficiency in technical capabilities in Variable Speed Drives with business/Industry knowledge.

5.Excellent written and spoken English.

6.Strong Technical management experience is highly preferred.

7.Working within a multicultural and global environment.
