职位描述
Responsibilities:
 Responsible for planning, formulating, and executing the expansion of the company's products in the northern region, customer development, and regional operations.
负责公司产品在北方地区的拓展、客户开发、区域运营的规划、制定和执行。
 Based on the company's overall operational strategy, extract an operational model suitable for the local market.
根据公司的整体运营战略,提炼出适合当地市场的运营模式。
 Establish good relationships with customers, provide timely feedback on customer information, meet customer needs, and improve customer satisfaction.
与客户建立良好的关系,及时反馈客户信息,满足客户需求,提高客户满意度。
 Develop sales targets, payment collection plans, and market expansion plans, review various customer plans, and supervise their implementation.
制定销售目标、回款计划、市场拓展计划,审核各种客户计划,并监督执行。
 Participate in the development and implementation of various regional market promotion plans.
参与各区域市场推广计划的制定和实施。
 Complete monthly, quarterly, and year-end regional sales forecasts, and regularly report work progress.
完成月度、季度及年终区域销售预测,并定期汇报工作进展。
 Understand and master the industry information and competition situation in the region, and lead the team to effectively carry out sales activities.
了解和掌握所在区域的行业信息和竞争形势,带领团队有效开展销售活动。
 Assist sales personnel in developing key industries and customers
协助销售人员开发重点行业和客户。
 Responsible for managing and motivating regional sales personnel.
负责管理和激励区域销售人员。

Requirements:
 College degree or above, mechanical background is preferred.
大专及以上学历,机械类专业优先。
 Having sales experience with end customers in petroleum, chemical, steel, and other related industries is a priority.
有石油、化工、钢铁等相关行业终端客户销售经验者优先。
 Experience in sealing related to valves, packing, gaskets, etc. is preferred.
有阀门、填料、垫片等相关密封经验者优先。
 Has certain communication and management skills.
有一定的沟通和管理能力。
 Proficient in mastering various related office software skills.
熟练掌握各种相关办公软件。
