3、 全面负责标准成本的制定和财务实际成本核算，分析差异。
Responsible for the establishment of standard cost and actual cost accounting, supervising the differences.
4、 审核记账凭证，及时准确地出具中国财务报表。
Review accounting vouchers, ensure the timely and accurate financial statements will be issued.
5、 对业务进行有效的财务分析。
Ensure the effective financial analysis was carried out on the business.
6、 优化财务管理制度和流程，建立完善的财务体系。
Optimize financial management system and process, establish a perfect financial policy system.
7、 纳税申报的审核与税收筹划，保证纳税申报的准确性和及时性。
Review tax return and tax planning, ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the tax declaration.
8、 审核统计报表。
Review the statistics reports.
9、 开展现金流管理工作，拟定公司资金的使用计划，保证满足公司日常运营需求。

Requirements 任职资格：

1、 会计、财务管理相关专业，会计基础扎实，熟悉会计准则，熟悉企业账务处理和会计报表处理。
Accounting, financial management related majors, solid foundation, familiar with accounting standards, familiar with enterprise accounting rules and accounting statements.
2、 精通成本核算与分析，尤其需要成本核算思路清晰。
Proficient in cost accounting and analysis, especially the clarity of cost accounting.
3、 本科及以上学历，熟悉财务相关法律法规。
Bachelor degree or above, familiar with finance related laws and regulations.
4、 持有中级会计师以上职称。
Above intermediate accountant lisence.
5、 良好的沟通表达能力，团队精神，抗压能力强。
Good communication skills, team spirit, compressive ability.
6、 熟练操作excel及其他office办公软件。

7、 较强的逻辑思维能力。
Strong ability of logical thinking.
8、 至少5年以上汽车制造业工作背景。
At least 5 years or above working experience in auto industry.
