CORE RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责:
· To respond to customer enquiries and requests (via telephone and email
communications) in a timely manner. 及时回复客户的询问和要求(通过电话、传真和电子邮件)。
· To follow up with related production departments to ensure orders are received and processed as required by customers. 跟进相关职能部门,确保订单按客户要求进行接收和处理。
· To follow up and clear backlog orders/shipments to improve delivery performance. 跟进并清理积压订单/货物,以提高交货性能。
· To clarify problems with customers in relation to slow payment/disputes. 澄清与客户有关缓慢付款/争议的问题。
职位要求:
· At least 2 years of related experience. 至少2年相关工作经验。
· Proficient in English communication; computer operation (Windows, MS Office, etc). 英语沟通和电脑操作(Windows,MS Office等)
· Customer and result oriented, can work under pressure. 以客户和结果为导向,能承受工作压力。
· Quick and careful learner can work efficiently and effectively. 学习速度快,细心,工作效率高。
